James T. Wandrey

JAMES T. WANDREY is Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of
Next Level Communications Inc. Prior to Next Level Communications, Mr.
Wandrey was VP & Corporate Controller of Avid Technology, Inc. Before
Avid, he held several senior financial positions with Alcatel Telecom,
including Controller of their US operations and Finance Director for all
of their worldwide product groups where he was based in Paris, France.
Previous to that he held a variety of positions in marketing, strategic
planning and finance with Hewlett’Packard and General Electric. Mr.
Wandrey has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial
control, mergers and acquisitions, tax and complex financing
arrangements. Mr. Wandrey holds a BS degree in Accounting from Boston
College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
