James Fagan

JAMES FAGAN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rich Coast, Inc.
He has extensive experience at many levels of oil and gas industry,
sales and marketing and corporate marketing. He is owner, operator and
director of three oil and gas exploration and development companies, and
a member of the Michigan Oil and Gas Association, Michigan Association
of Petroleum Landmen, American Petroleum Institute and The Petroleum
Producers Association of America. Mr. Fagan has a degree in Petroleum
Land Management from the University of Oklahoma, and was VP of Marketing
for WRS prior to becoming its President in 1993.
