James C. Landers

JAMES C. LANDERS is responsible for investor relations and other
corporate finance functions for Marine Products Corporation. He has been
with Marine Products Corporation and its predecessor for over five
years. He has held positions in mergers and acquisitions, managerial
finance and treasury with other firms. Mr. Landers has a BA degree from
the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Emory University.
