Jack Lavin

JACK LAVIN, President and CEO has contributed to Arrow by bringing a
wealth of experience from the U.S. and international capital markets, as
well as significant general management experience. Since succeeding his
father as President and CEO in 1997, Mr. Lavin initiated the growth of
the portfolio acquisition side of the business, the establishment of the
Whitewater and San Diego facilities and the Company’s strategic growth
from 200 to over 400 employees. Mr. Lavin has been very successful in
growing and running a number of financial and consulting related
businesses. He has had extensive experience in developing and
implementing business plans, determining policies and strategies and
recruiting and training new hires. Mr. Lavin spent seven years at
Citibank head of its European treasury-consulting group for a two-year
period. He managed 25 professional consultants and bankers and exceeded
all profit targets. During his next three years at Drexel Burnham
Lambert, he established and built the International Capital Markets
Group with representation in New York, London and Tokyo into a $10
million global business. While at Bankers Trust, he headed and managed
the derivative, capital markets and corporate finance business units in
New York, London and Chicago. After leaving Bankers Trust, he devoted
his time to Arrow and Technomic Consultants International. As President
and significant investor/shareholder of Technomic, he was instrumental
in arranging a strategic partnership with a major management-consulting
firm. Mr. Lavin earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA in International Management from the American
Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
