J. Wray Thompson

J. WRAY THOMPSON, SR. has served as Chairman of the Board, President,
and Chief Executive Officer of The Leather Factory, Inc. since June
1993. Mr. Thompson was a co-founder of The Leather Factory, Inc., a
Texas Corporation (‘TLF-Texas’), the Company’s predecessor. Mr. Thompson
has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of the TLF-Texas since its inception in 1980. Prior to 1980,
Mr. Thompson spent over twenty years with the Tandy Leather Company, two
of which as President. Mr. Thompson attended the University of Texas
and Texas Wesleyan University.
