J. Andy Corley

J. ANDY CORLEY, co-founder of eyeonics, inc., is Chairman, President,
and CEO of the Company. Previously, Mr. Corley was co-founder of Chiron
Ophthalmics and served as General Manager of the Refractive Surgery
Division of Chiron until it was acquired by Bausch & Lomb in 1997. Prior
to Chiron he was employed by Allergan Pharmaceuticals and American
Medical Optics and focused primarily on sales and marketing. Mr. Corley
has more than 25 years of experience in the field of ophthalmology.
