Howard W. Cunningham

Howard W. Cunningham is one of the founders of Cunningham Asset Management, LLC
(“CAM”) and a 75% owner. Mr. Cunningham is the Chief Investment Officer of CAM
and oversees the implementation of existing proprietary trading and risk
management systems and the development and testing of new trading systems for a
broad range of financial markets. Mr. Cunningham spent two years as an
apprentice/student of “Market Wizard” Ed Seykota. During this time, Mr.
Cunningham studied the key concepts required for successful money management
including investment selection, position size optimization, trading psychology,
position entry and exit optimization, risk management and the client engagement
process. Together they designed multiple trading methodologies for both the
equities and futures markets. He has also conducted extensive research of equity
and futures trading methods, all of which are currently employed at CAM. Mr.
Cunningham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master’s degree
in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. He also holds
his NFA Series 3 and NASD 65 licenses. He is registered with the CFTC and a
member of the NFA as an Associated Person and Principal. He was also registered
as an Investment Advisor Representative with the State of Nevada Securities
Division from January 2002 through February 2009.
