HENRIK FRDERER is Chief Executive Officer of PANDATEL AG. He studied
Physics and Business Administration (Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing.)
in Munich, London and Paris before starting his career in 1981 in the
research and development team at BMW Aktiengesellschaft in Munich. Since
then, he has held top management positions at Daimler-Benz
Aktiengesellschaft, Bosch Telekom and Deutsche Telekom
Aktiengesellschaft. In May 1999, he took over the business unit of
Sales/Marketing at PANDATEL AG.
