Graham J. Duncan

GRAHAM J. DUNCAN is Executive Chairman of Atlantic Telecom Group, plc.
He is a former Chartered Accountant and founder of Atlantic Telecom
Group PLC. Born in Edinburgh, he moved to Aberdeen as a child. He has
been Executive Chairman of Atlantic since January 10, 1995. He is a
member, and past Chairman of the Board of the Cable Communications
Association, which is the cable industry trade association in the U.K He
is responsible for the overall strategy and development of the group.
