Gerard A. Dupuis

GERARD A. DUPUIS has been Chairman President & Chief Executive Officer
of Lescarden, Inc. since June 1992. Prior to joining Lescarden, Mr.
Dupuis was in private practice and general counsel from February 1986
toJune 1992; from January 1986 to April 1981 he was a Partner in Charge
at Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver; from September 1975 to March 1978, he
was Litigation/Corporate partner, trials and appeals in all courts with
Bleakley, Platt, Schmidt & Fritz; and from May 1973 to August 1975, he
was member of Miller & Summit, responsible for litigation, supervision
of associates and performing duties as Managing Partner. From May 1973
to September 1966 he was an Associate Attorney (Litigation) with Mudge,
Rose, Guthrie & Alexander. Mr. Dupuis attended the Law School at the
Catholic University of America, received a JD degree from the Columbus
School of Law, Washington, DC and a BS in Accounting at the Syracuse
University, Syracuse, NY. Mr. Dupuis was admitted to practice in New
York State in 1966; in the United States Supreme Court in 1971; and in
Washington, DC in 1988. He was also admitted to the United States
District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; the
United States Courts of Appeals for the Second (New York) and Fifth
Circuits (New Orleans); U. S. Court of Military Appeals; and U. S. Court
of International Trade. His professional activities include: Association
of the Bar of the City of New York; Member, Committee on Military
Affairs and Justice (1981-1988; Chair, 1985-1988). Member, Council on
International Affairs (1986-1988); Member, Committee on Lectures and
Continuing Education (1988-1990).
