George W. Off

GEORGE W. OFF is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
Checkpoint Systems, Inc. Mr. Off is a founder, former Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Catalina Marketing Corporation, a $400 million
multinational company that provides targeted marketing solutions for
consumer goods companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers and retailers.
During his career, Mr. Off, a 40-year retail marketing industry veteran,
also held executive positions at Lucky Stores, Inc., and Safeway Stores,
Inc. He is a member of the Food Merchandisers’ Education Council and a
Board Director of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., and Eckerd College.
Mr. Off holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the
Colorado School of Mines.
