George Poletes

George Poletes is a Co-founder and Senior Corporate Officer of CoreXchange, Inc.
He was previously Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The Planet. Mr.
Poletes brings with him 13 years of corporate development and in-house legal
experience in the network services industry, where he has significant experience
working with high-growth technology companies. He previously held in-house legal
and corporate development positions at Onramp Technologies and later at Verio,
where he helped manage the merger of the two companies and the initial public
offering of Verio in April 1998. Mr. Poletes received a B.A. from the University
of Texas and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
