George J. Cwynar

GEORGE J. J. CWYNAR, President & CEO of MOSAID Technologies Inc.,
joined the company in February 1994 as Senior Vice President,
Operations. He was then appointed President and Chief Operating
Officer of the company on May 1, 1994, and has served as a
director of the company since August 1994. He was appointed
President and Chief Executive Officer in November 1994. Prior to
joining MOSAID, Mr. Cwynar was Senior Vice President with
MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd., a systems integration
company, from 1980 to 1994. He holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Toronto.
