Geert R. Kersten

GEERT R. KERSTEN, ESQ., is Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer and
Secretary of CEL-SCI Corporation. He has been with the company since
1987. Mr. Kersten held the position of Director of Corporate and
Investment Relations for CEL-SCI Corporation between February 1987 and
October 1987. In October of 1987, he was appointed Vice President of
Operations. In December 1988, Mr. Kersten was appointed Director of the
company. In May of 1992 Mr. Kersten was appointed Chief Operating
Officer and in February 1995, Mr. Kersten became CEL-SCI’s Chief
Executive Officer. In previous years, Mr. Kersten worked as a Financial
Analyst with Source Capital, Ltd., an investment advisory firm in
McLean, Virginia. Mr. Kersten attended George Washington University in
Washington, DC, where he earned a BA in Accounting and an MBA with
emphasis on International Finance. He also attended law school at
American University in Washington, DC, where he received a Juris Doctor
degree.
