Gary C. Kelly

GARY C. KELLY, CPA, is the Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of Southwest Airlines Company. Mr. Kelly has a BBA in Accounting
from the University of Texas at Austin. His previous employment
includes: Arthur Young & Company, Dallas, Texas ‘ Certified Public
Accountant and Audit Manager; Systems Center, Inc., Irving, Texas ‘
mainframe Software Development, Sales and Support Controller; Southwest
Airlines Co., Dallas, Texas, Controller ‘ 1986-1989. Mr. Kelly was
promoted to VP-Finance and CFO in June 1989. He is married with two
children.
