Franklin Pass

FRANKLIN PASS, MD, joined Medi-Ject Corporation as a Director and
Consultant in January 1992 and has served as the company’s President,
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since
February 1993. From 1990 to 1992, Dr. Pass served as President of
International Agricultural Investments, Ltd., an agricultural technology
consulting and investment company. Dr. Pass, a physician and scientist,
was Director of the Division of Dermatology at Albert Einstein College
of Medicine from 1967 to 1973, the Secretary and Treasurer of the
American Academy of Dermatology from 1978 to 1981 and the co-Founder and
Chief Executive Officer of Molecular Genetics, Inc., now named MGI
Pharma, Inc., from 1979 to 1986. He is the author of more than 40
published medical and scientific articles.
