FRANK GERARDI is Chairman of the Board of IGI, Inc. since 2003 and
Director since December 2002. He is President of Univest Management,
Inc., a management consulting company since 1986; member of the New York
Stock Exchange from 1969 to 1986. Mr. Gerardi was Vice President of
Lehman Bros. from 1980 to 1984.
