Francis C. Khoo

FRANCIS C. KHOO has served as Chairman and CEO of Agat Technologies
since its inception in January 1996. He has a broad range of experience
and knowledge in the investment and financial services industry, having
worked with Banc of America and Shearson Lehman in Asia for more than 20
years. Mr. Khoo also has had broad entrepreneurial experience over the
last 10 years.
