Fran Blechman Bernstein

FRAN BLECHMAN BERNSTEIN, a Member of Merrill Lynch Securities Research
since 1977, began her career at Dean Witter and has been a Securities
Analyst for more than 25 years. She was formally a Retailing Analyst at
Drexel Burnham. Ms. Bernstein is a member of the 1999 Institutional
Investor’s All Star Team for Business Services/Staffing and has been
selected to The Wall Street Journal’s All Star Teams in 1996 and 1997,
respectively. She received a MBA in Economics from New York University
and an BSBA in Computer Systems from The American University. Ms.
Bernstein is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and
the Financial Women’s Association.
