F. Stephen Ward

F. STEPHEN WARD is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of First
National Lincoln Corporation, a position he has held since 1994, and
also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The
First National Bank of Damariscotta, its subsidiary. He has been
employed by the company since 1990 and has previously held positions in
strategic planning and marketing. Mr. Ward holds both a Bachelor’s
degree and Master’s of Business Administration degree in Finance from
the University of Maine.
