Eugene J. Pian

EUGENE J. PIAN has been Executive Vice President and Treasurer of SETO
Holdings, inc., since February 1, 1995. He has been employed by the
company since April 1987. Mr. Pian has been involved with all aspects of
the company’s diamond cutting tool and ceramic operations as well as the
company’s United States manufacturing, sales and administrative
operations. Mr. Pian graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Business.
