Elliott Frutkin

ELLIOTT FRUTKIN is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of
Doceus, Inc., a web development and software company serving
associations, non-profits and businesses. Mr. Frutkin has
dedicated himself to being leader in both his industry and the
local community. He has been profiled in ‘Who’s Who’ of the
business community by Washington Business Forward’s ‘Next
Network’, named one of Washington’s ‘Young Lions’ by Washington
Techway, and named to Washingtonian’s ‘Top 100 to Watch List.’ He
was also named as a finalist for Ernst & Young’s prestigious
Entrepreneur of the Year honors and under his leadership, Doceus
was honored as the 18th fastest growing company in the region by
the Techway Fast 50 in 2001. He is on the Board of Directors of
the Washington, DC, Technology Council and a co-chairman for the
committee advising Washington, DC, Mayor Anthony Williams on
attracting and retaining technology companies within the District
of Columbia. Mr. Frutkin also serves on the Board of Advisors for
Southeastern University. Mr. Frutkin served at the White House in
both the Office of Communication and The Immediate Office of the
President where he worked for Senior Advisor George
Stephanopolous before he left to become an entrepreneur.
