Eli Shapira

ELI SHAPIRA has been President and Chief Executive Officer of StoreAge
Networking Technologies Inc. since its inception in April 1999. Prior to
founding StoreAge, Mr. Shapira joined IIS Intelligent Information
Systems in April 1996 and became its President in November of that year.
Mr. Shapira has been active in the high-technology computer and
communications fields for over 30 years. He has extensive management
experience with emphasis on strategic planning and development. Among
other management positions, Mr. Shapira was the Vice President of a
management consulting firm in the United States and co-founder, Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of a high-technology start-up.
