Edward R. Jackson

EDWARD R. JACKSON is a Senior Research Analyst focusing on the computer
telephony industry at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, Inc. Previously, he
was associated with Hoak Breedlove Wesneck & Co. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor’s degree in History from
Tulane University and his MBA from the University of Missouri at St.
Louis.

HERB TINGER is a Senior Vice President of Technology Research at
FAC/Equities. Previously, he was associated with McDonnell Douglas
Corporation. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he is a member of the NYSSA
and the AIMR. Mr. Tinger received his Bachelor’s degree from
Polytechnic Institute of New York, his Master’s degree from the
University of Missouri and his MBA from Maryville University.
