Edward J. Bernica

EDWARD J. BERNICA is President and Chief Executive Officer for
Energy West Inc. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer and
Chief Financial Officer of Energy West. Prior to joining Energy
West he was Director of Finance, US West International; Director
of Capital, US West; Director of Cash Management, US West;
Director of Financial Analysis and Evaluation, Enron; Engineer,
Internorth. Mr. Bernica is on the Board of Directors of United
Way of Cascade County; the Board of Directors of the Montana
Community Foundation; the Board of Directors of Great Falls
Central High School. He is also on the Board of Directors of the
Midwest Energy Association. Mr. Bernica has a degree in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA
from Creighton University.
