Edward Anchel

EDWARD ANCHEL has served as Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial
Officer, and member of the Board of Directors of Ocean Bio-Chem, Inc.
since January 1999. He was originally the company’s CFO from 1979
through 1981 when he left to start a CPA practice in Miami, Florida.
Prior to his affiliation with the company, he served as corporate
controller for two publicly owned (AMEX) companies. Mr. Anchel is a
Certified Public Accountant and earned both his Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and Master’s degree in Taxation from Long Island University.
