Edward A. Glickman

EDWARD A. GLICKMAN, President and Chief Operating Officer of Pennsylvania Real
Estate Investment Trust since 2004, joined the company as Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer in 1997 when the company merged with The
Rubin Organization where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer from 1993. Prior to joining The Rubin Organization, he spent
four years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Presidential Realty Corporation. From 1980 to 1989, he held various roles in the
investment banking industry for several firms, including Lehman Brothers and
Smith Barney. Mr. Glickman is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Stern
School of Business at New York University, a Director of the Fox Chase Cancer
Center and the Bala Cynwyd Public Library, and an Advisory Board Member of the
Kimmel Cancer Center and the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program. He earned a
Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a
Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in
Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
