Edson Arneault

EDSON ARNEAULT has been a Director of MTR Gaming since January 1992 and
has served as the company’s President and CEO since April 1995. Before
joining the company, Mr. Arneault was a principal in numerous ventures
engaged in the development, production and transportation of oil and
gas. Mr. Arneault is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA. He
was a tax partner with Seidman and Seidman (now BDO Seidman) from 1977
to 1980, and worked in the tax department of Arthur Andersen before that
from 1972 to 1976.
