E. Lynn Scott

E. LYNN SCOTT has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Brass
Eagle Inc. since its inception in September 1997. Mr. Scott was
responsible for developing Daisy Manufacturing Company’s paintball
operations through its Brass Eagle division and served as President of
the division from November 1996 o September 1997. Prior to that, he
served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Skeeter Products and
Crossman, both divisions of The Coleman Company that specialize in
sporting goods. He worked for Kmart as a store manger directly out of
college, giving him excellent retail experience. Mr. Scott servers as a
Director on Brass Eagle’s Board and is also a Director for Daisy
manufacturing Company. Mr. Scott attended Mississippi State University in
Starksville, Mississippi, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science in
1976. He is married, has one son, and lives in Rogers, Arkansas.
