Wei-Kong Chia

DR. WEI-KONG CHIA is Chairman, CEO and President of Arcadia Design
Systems, Inc. which he founded in 1995. Prior to founding Arcadia
Design, Dr. Chia served as the Head of the Computer-Aided Engineering
Department at Hitachi Micro Systems, Inc. in San Jose, California. Dr.
Chia also held engineering and management positions with Intel
Corporation, LSI Logic Corporation and Data General Corporation. He
received his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the
National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan and a PhD in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
