Thomas G. Tachovsky

Dr. THOMAS G. TACHOVSKY joined Entropin as President, Chief Executive
Officer and Director in November 1999. Since June 1997 he has held a
series of interim senior management positions in development-stage
companies, including Redox Pharmaceuticals, Novavax, Inc. and
Paracelsian, Inc. From 1991 to 1998, he was General Partner of MATCO &
Associates, a bio-pharmaceutical industry consulting firm. He has held
business development positions with Cytogen Corporation and Creative
BioMolecules, and was a Research and Development Manager with Johnson &
Johnson. Dr. Tachovsky received a BS degree in Biology from Gonzaga
University; an MS degree in Management from Lesley College; and a PhD in
Microbiology from the University of Rochester School of Medicine.
