Michael Sinclair

Dr. Michael Sinclair originally trained in medicine, specializing in psychiatry, before moving into the healthcare business in 1971.In 1986 Dr. Sinclair founded Lifetime Corporation; an NYSE listed home healthcare company with $23million in revenues at its inception increasing to $905million in 1992. Lifetime was sold to The Olsten Corporation in July 1993 in a transaction valued at over $600million. Dr. Sinclair is Chairman of Sinclair Montrose Trust Limited, a U.K. based healthcare and technology investment company, Chairman and Chief Executive of YooMedia plc, Chairman of Totally plc. and a Director of Magnet Films. Dr. Sinclair is also a Senior Partner in Atlantic Medical Partners L.P., a New York based partnership, which invests in a portfolio of healthcare companies throughout the United States and Europe. Dr. Sinclair holds numerous directorships in both the UK and USA.
