Stephan Mohren

DR STEPHAN MOHREN is the President and CEO of STEAG HamaTech. After
completing an apprenticeship in the field of banking, studying business
administration and receiving his PhD in 1988, Dr Stephan Mohren (39)
started working in the controlling department of STEAG AG. In 1992, he
was appointed a member of management of STEAG HamaTech GmbH Machines. In
1996 he became the Chairman of the Managing Board of STEAG HamaTech GmbH
Machines and as such was responsible for strategy, business
administration, operations and the photomask business unit. Since 1999,
he has also been a member of the Managing Board of STEAG Electronic
Systems AG. The Supervisory Board appointed Dr Mohren President of STEAG
HamaTech AG on January 12, 1999 for a period of three years.
