Lars Schneider

DR LARS SCHNEIDER is the Chief Financial Officer of FOCUS Digital AG. Dr
Lars Schneider, born 1966, earned his doctorate following an
undergraduate degree in busines. He began his professional career in
1992 as the assistant to the chief financial officer of Bertelsmann AG
in Gtersloh. From 1993 to 1995 he concurrently oversaw the
establishment of sales controlling for domestic and international
printing operations. At the end of 1995 Dr Lars Schneider joined the
headquarters of Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn, where he was in charge of
central controlling for the concern’s Multimedia Division. Starting in
1998, he was responsible for Deutsche Telekom’s T-MediaNet Center (cable
TV) as its Business Director and managed the broadband TV cable business
valuation project all the way to the sale of individual regional
companies. In addition to these duties, Deutsche Telekom appointed Dr
Lars Schneider as Executive Director for group controlling, sales,
services and national investment controlling. Dr Lars Schneider joined
FOCUS Digital AG in May 2000 as Chief Financial Officer of the company
and Managing Director of Netguide GmbH.
