Douglas J. Manning

DOUGLAS J. MANNING is Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of
Bridges.com, Inc. since August 1994. The company’s co-Founder and CEO,
Mr. Manning spent 14 years in the Canadian career services industry
where he designed and implemented a comprehensive district-wide award-
winning career program for students in Grades 7 to 12, authored several
career guidance curricula that are used throughout Canada, and co-
authored the British Columbia Ministry of Education’s Career Developer’s
Handbook. Mr. Manning obtained his Bachelor of Education degree from the
University of Victoria in 1975 and his Master’s degree in Psychological
Foundations from the University of Victoria in 1983. Mr. Manning was
chosen Kelowna’s Community Leader of the Year for 1995.
