DOUGLAS HEMER is the Chief Administrative Officer of Aetrium
Incorporated. He has also served as President of the company’s North St.
Paul, Minnesota, and former Poway, California, divisions since joining
the company as an employee in 1996. He also has served as a member of
the company’s Board of Directors since 1986. Prior to joining the
company as an employee in 1996, Mr. Hemer was a member of the law firm
of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly where he concentrated on corporate
transactions for 22 years.
