Douglas A. Dafoe

DOUGLAS A. DAFOE is President, Chief Executive Officer and
Director of Thunder Energy Inc. As a Chartered Accountant, Mr.
Dafoe’s extensive industry background has centered on business
planning, development and asset management. Prior to co-founding
Thunder in 1995, he held senior management positions with Samson
Canada Ltd., the Canadian arm of a US-based oil and gas company,
and with Husky Oil Ltd. Mr. Dafoe is a director of Cequel Energy
Inc. and Foothills Oil & Gas Ltd., both public oil and gas
companies listed on the TSE. Mr. Dafoe is a Governor for the
Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers.
