Doug Smith

Doug Smith currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Mercury Interactive Corporation. Previously,
Mr. Smith served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate
Development. Before joining Mercury Interactive, Mr. Smith was
the Managing Director and co-head of the Internet Group at Chase
H&Q, formerly Hambrecht & Quist. Prior to his work at Chase H&Q,
Mr. Smith served as Chief Financial Officer and head of strategy
at ComputerVision Corporation, where he spearheaded a successful
corporate restructuring. Mr. Smith has 18 years of experience in
the technology industry and holds a BA degree in Economics from
Union College and an MA in International Economics from
Northeastern University.
