Doug Holden

DOUG HOLDEN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Zamba. He joined
Zamba after an illustrious 10-year career with KPMG Consulting, LLC
where, as Executive Vice President and member of the Executive
Committee, he was responsible for all KPMG Consulting Solutions and was
global leader of its Customer Relationship Management Practice. In his
tenure at KPMG, he served in a variety of roles, including a founding
member and eventually partner in charge of KPMG’s original Sales Force
Automation (SFA) Practice. He earned his MBS from the Amos Tuck School
of Business at Dartmouth College and has an undergraduate degree in
Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University, where he
graduated with distinction.
