Donald H. Walker

DONALD H. WALKER has served Frisch’s Restaurants, Inc. as Vice
President-Finance and CFO since 1996 and held other positions in the
company’s finance and accounting areas since he joined Frisch’s in 1977.
Prior to 1977, Mr. Walker worked as a CPA with the accounting firm of
Grant Thornton. He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from the University
of Cincinnati and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from the graduate
school of UC as well. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs
and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He also serves as a Trustee of the Better
Business Bureau of Cincinnati.
