Don T. Seaquist

DON T. SEAQUIST joined Embrex, Inc., in 1996 as Vice President, Finance
and Administration. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President
and Treasurer of Greyhound Lines, Inc. Previously, Mr. Seaquist was
Managing Director of Trinity Litchfield Group, an investment firm, Vice
President and Treasurer of Horsehead Industries, an international
manufacturing company, and Manager of International Corporate Finance
for United Technologies Corporation. Mr. Seaquist holds a BSBA in
Management from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance and
Marketing from Columbia University.
