Don Gray

DON GRAY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyto Energy Trust
and was Founder, President and CEO of the predecessor company, Peyto
Exploration & Development Corp., since its inception in 1998. Prior to
that he was a Senior Exploitation Engineer with Pinnacle Resources Ltd.,
a publicly traded oil and gas company, from August 1997 until July 1998.
From June 1988 until August 1997 Mr. Gray worked as a Petroleum Engineer
in Canada for two publicly traded oil and gas companies. Mr. Gray
received a BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University
in May 1988.
