Don Correll

DON CORRELL, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Water Works
Company, Inc., joined the company as CEO in 2006. He previously served as Chief
Executive of both Pennichuck Corp., a New Hampshire-based water utility holding
company, and United Water Resources, an investor-owned water services company.
Mr. Correll is currently the President of the National Association of Water
Companies, and serves on the Boards of a variety of civic, professional and
business organizations. Mr. Correll is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State
University and New York University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, and Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance,
respectively.
