Don Babbs

DON BABBS is the Chief Executive of VI Group Plc. He graduated as an
Engineer in Aeronautics and Astronautics before joining the British
Aerospace Concorde sales team. He joined British Olivetti in 1980 where
he became Software Manager and ultimately Marketing Manger (CAD/CAM). He
moved to Italy in 1985 to take responsibility for worldwide corporate
marketing of engineering workstations and CAD/CAM software for Olivetti
in Italy before becoming a founder member of VI Group in 1988. He moved
the company headquarters to the UK in 1998 when the company floated on
the London Stock Exchange AIM market.
