Dominique Seze

DOMINIQUE SEZE is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transnet, a
subsidiary of the Info Realite Group. Mr. Seze began his career as sales
engineer in charge of major customers at IBM. He successively became
Chairman and CEO of Cirel Systems, a subsidiary of the France Telecom
Group specialised in the development of telecommunication bridges for
local networks; Managing Director of COM1, a French manufacturer of
modems quoted on the Paris Stock Exchange; and eventually joined the
Info Realite Group in 1997, where he became General Manager of Info
Realite and CEO of two subsidiaries of the group, Info Network Systems
and Transnet.
