Dever G. Warner

DEVER G. WARNER is a Managing Director and COO of Dailey Capital
Management, a position he has held since March 1999. Prior to joining
the firm, Mr. Warner was associated with IBJ Whitehall Bank & Trust
Company/IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust Company as Managing Director of the
Middle Market Corporate Finance Division, where he had also previously
served as a Vice President of U.S. Corporate Banking/Acquisition
Finance. Mr. Warner has also been associated with the New York branch of
Banque Paribas, Food & Wine Magazine, and Media Networks, Inc. Mr.
Warner holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Literature and Classic
Languages from Brown University and a Master’s degree in Public and
Private Management with a concentration in Finance from the Yale School
of Management.
