Dennis Hudson

DENNIS HUDSON has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida since 1998 and has served as
Chief Executive Officer of Seacoast’s banking subsidiary, First National
Bank and Trust Company of the Treasure Coast, since 1992. Mr. Hudson
joined the bank in 1978. Mr. Hudson holds a Master of Business
Administration degree from Florida State University.
