Dennis Clerke

DENNIS CLERKE is Chief Executive Officer of Alignent Software. Clerke
has more than 15 years of experience in managing high-tech software
companies. Prior to joining Alignent Software, Dennis was President and
CEO of Cardiff Software, Inc., a leading provider of content capture and
process automation software. During his time at Cardiff, he grew revenue
at a 37% CAGR and delivered 11 years of consistent profitability,
garnering the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 award four years running. In
March 2004, Dennis led the company through a successful acquisition by
Verity. Dennis received his bachelors degree, magna cum laude, in
engineering from Boston University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson
School of Business.
