Denise M. Warren

DENISE M. WARREN is the Director of Investor Relations for The First
American Corporation headquartered in Santa Ana, California. Based in
New York, Ms. Warren has worked with the company for 10 years to
increase the company’s visibility, to secure a stable and diversified
shareholder base and to maximize shareholder value. Previously, Ms.
Warren was a Managing Director of a leading, New York City-based
investor relations consulting firm where she developed and implemented
investor and employee communications programs for financial services
companies, including First American. She specialized in investor
relations training seminars and workshops for newly public companies
with the American Stock Exchange. She was also a Vice President in the
Corporate Analysis division of Georgeson & Company, a global investor
relations, shareholder analysis and proxy solicitation firm in New York.
She was responsible for investor relations programs and shareholder
analysis for the financial services industry. Ms. Warren served as a
Senior Account Executive with Addison Design, a leading corporate
communications design firm, where she developed and produced corporate
literature, including award-winning annual reports for Fortune 500
companies. Ms. Warren is a member of the National Investor Relations
Institute (NIRI) and serves on the boards of several community, arts and
education organizations, including 4-H.
