David W. Cornhill

DAVID W. CORNHILL has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
AltaGas Services Inc. since 1994. Prior to joining AltaGas Mr. Cornhill
was President and Chief Executive Officer, 1994; President and Chief
Operating Officer of Alberta and Southern Gas Co. Ltd. 1993; Vice
President Finance and Administration, Treasurer of Alberta and Southern
Gas Co. Ltd., 1991-1993 and Manager of Finance, Alberta and Southern Gas
Co. Ltd., and Alberta Natural Gas Company Ltd., from 1987-1991 and he
has held various positions with Gulf Canada Resources Ltd., from
1980-1987. He has been a Director, Applied Terravision Inc., since 1996;
Director, Basinview Energy Inc., from 1999-2000 and Governor, The Miller
Thomson Foundation since 2000. Mr. Cornhill attended the University of
Western Ontario from 1972-1980.
